Workshop Series 7
Engineering Graduate Attributes in Action
Rethinking Practice and Impact
Workshop Series 7 offers a deep dive into the newly revised ECSA Graduate Attributes (GAs), bringing them to life through practical examples and collaborative discussion. Across five sessions, the series grouped the eleven GAs into thematic clusters—problem-solving and professionalism, knowledge and collaboration, design and global impact, and tools for engineering success—to explore how each attribute contributes to the holistic development of engineering graduates. Educators, practitioners, and stakeholders were guided to rethink how these GAs can shape learning experiences that are both academically rigorous and industry-aligned, supporting graduates who are adaptable, reflective, and ready to contribute meaningfully to society.
